Need a Cry Day?

Do you ever feel the need to just sit for a while and cry? Sometimes I do it without realizing it.
I will sit down on the computer and just wander to YouTube... next thing I know I'm watching fertility videos. All sorts of them... Help videos, success videos, songs, everything.
End up balling my eyes out for an hour. It helps. :o)
My FAVORITE song is this one: Kellie Coffey: I would die for that

  2. Of course! It is one of my favorites. You can't find many songs that are actually about infertility.

  3. I'm having one of those days. I wish I could find some great scripture to help me through these days, but nothing seems to say just the right thing.

  4. I don't know any scriptures to help, but Steph may be able too! I know that when I get in the funk I watch a ton of youtube infertility videos and try to end on the success stories. It helps to end on a hopeful note.

  5. Two scriptures come to mind:
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:6, 7 NIV)
I have that one on my baby prayer board at work. It keeps me from getting anxious... The other is long. Idk what your personal beliefs are, but this one gives me peace in trusting that all of this pain, heartache, and waiting will pay off one day

We were given this hope when we were saved. (If we already have something, we don't need to hope for it. But if we look forward to something we don't yet have, we must wait patiently and confidently.)
And the Holy Spirit helps us in our weakness. For example, we don't know what God wants us to pray for. But the Holy Spirit prays for us with groanings that cannot be expressed in words. And the Father who knows all hearts knows what the Spirit is saying, for the Spirit pleads for us believers in harmony with God's own will. And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them. (Romans 8:24-28 NLT)
