Shannon's Basal Temp Chart May-July

Here is my basal temp chart from cycle 1 of clomid (Mid-May) until cycle 2 of clomid (Late-July)

My temps are all over the place. The first few, before the big gap in time, is with my first thermometer that broke on me. And as you can tell, I am horrible about charting on weekends, lol!

Any thoughts or opinions on my chart? Other than it would be a wicked-awesome roller coaster?? I never know what these would look like for a normal person.

  1. I charted my temps for 4 months, RELIGIOUSLY at the same time every single day. It drove me crazy. I over analyzed the heck out of it! So I finally stopped. It wasn't helping me, only making this journey even more insane than it already is. :) I know I'm not helping you on actually reading the chart, but wanted to share that with you. Hang in there!

P.S. That would be an awesome roller coaster, haha

    1. I've been doing it whenever I wake up in the morning, usually between 630-7. I'm trying to get an idea of the Clomid is working by seeing if the temp levels out or if it jumps up for an ovulation. So far I'm just on a roller coaster ride!

  2. You definitely have a PCOS chart! A "normal" person's varies by a few tenths of a point on a day to day basis and increases (by usually .5 -if I remember correctly) after ovulation and stays that way until a day or so before she gets her period. If it stays high for longer than 18 days =pregnancy!

Your's shows that your body isn't consistant with its hormones like some one with a "normal" cycle. :P

    1. That's what I thought :/ I remember a sample showing a graph that barely changed and then made a huge jump for ovulation. But, mine just bounces around!
