Nine Years

I have thought of writing this post in several different ways. But after nine years of treatment, it doesn't feel like there is much more to say. We have come a long way and done a lot in the past nine years.

Nine years ago I was 21 and DH was 22. We lived in a duplex and had his younger brother (16) living with us. We had a 1 year old black lab. Decent jobs (he is still at the same one!) and weren't doing too bad. We decided to try having a baby, even though I'd already been off birth control for a while. And that is how our infertiliity journey started. And, thankfully, he has stuck by my side the entire time.

In the last 9 years we have done 2 HSGs, 11 rounds of clomid with timed intercourse, 1 ovarian drilling surgical procedure with hysteroscopy, and 2 rounds of IUI with clomid AND injections.

Infertility is such an emotional and heartbreaking journey that there are several years of non-BC breaks throughout the 9 year period.

We considered adoption and after one potential fall through we decided that the emotional toll would be too great for us at this time.

Our next step? IVF.

We had our consult April 10th. Since then I have had an HSG done again (much better than my first experience!) and a sono to check on my ovaries. We have discussed IVF variation options and pricing and have a plan. We are hopeful that this is it and will finally work. All I have to do is lose 18 lbs before CD 35 (if no period) and then we can begin.

But now we are waiting. And I forgot how HORRIBLE the waiting is. You say you'll be fine, you've had to do all sorts of waiting before, but you become obsessed with information and wish the days could go by faster so you could just START. It is difficult to distract yourself because IVF is like a thought bubble in your head that won't pop. You eat, sleep, and DREAM about it. You buy books, make mock-up calendars, and an IVF organizational binder. You luck up IVF and infertility charms and special clothes for ER (egg retrieval) day and transfer day. You join IVF support groups on facebook and it ends up flooding your newsfeed so that is all you see and therefore can't stop thinking about. People ask questions, you gladly tell them because you are excited, and then realize that any positive pregnancy announcement won't be a surprise and that part kinda sucks. May 17th needs to get here soon and these remaining 14 lbs need to disappear ASAP.

I thought after all these years I've learned patience. Apparently not. I even agreed with the doctor that I wouldn't do any HPT before the blood draw after transfer... Yeah, I have a feeling I won't be as strong as I initially thought about that.

This week is NIAW. Seeing the number of friends, family, and people that are dealing with infertility is just overwhelming. It is devastating knowing that so many of us are going through issues with infertility, whether it is at the beginning of the spectrum or the end, it sucks for everyone to have to deal with it for even 1 day. But, you are not alone. You've read some of what I've been through, especially if you have followed this blog for the last.... 5 (?) years. Ask us questions. Find us on our facebook page. I wish you all luck and baby dust.

Jessica's Pregnant!

We accidentally found out that I was pregnant- yep. I didn't take the test because I had any kind of hope that our final round of clomid worked before went on to IUI.

I had bought a pack of ovulation tests- the kind that includes a HPT in the package. So when I bought that pack I just took the HPT out and put it in the cabinet and forgot about it. Later in the cycle I was digging through the cabinet trying to find something-can't remember what at this point, and stumbled across the test. I took it out and placed it on the counter. That Saturday I was tired of seeing it on the counter so I decided to just take it, see that it was negative, and throw it away. So I took it and proceeded to pass out and not look at it until around 5am when I woke up again to use the restroom. OMG... there is a second line there... that's an evap. No way. Well.... maybe I should take another test just to make sure. Sunday morning when my husband and I woke up I told him that we need to go to the store and pick up some tests. That I didn't want to get my hopes up but the chepo test I took last night might have been positive- but it could just as easily be an evap line. He said it would just be faster if he went on his own and ran off to Walmart to get the tests. When he came back I went and took it. We went into the other room and waited and went back. I looked at the test and Daniel asked if it was positive or negative... I said I think I'm crazy because I see the second line! I handed him the test and he could see it too. We took the 2nd test in the box (Who WOULDN'T) it came up an even DARKER positive. We were completely in shock... I had no hope that anything would happen. when we got to see he midwife she sent us in for a dating ultrasound and we got to see our little jelly bean and hear the heartbeat. I never though I would ever be here. Its honestly been very surreal.

Here's what I was on-

150 MG Clomid CD 5-9
recommended dosage of Ovaboost (approved by my DR)
one a day women's prenatal soft gels (I read somewhere that your body will adsorb more of the nutrients because it doesn't have to break it down from a solid.)
I also went on a grain free, sugar free, low diary diet with lots of avocados and fish and coconut oil. I lost 25 LBS that month!

Well that's kinda our story so far... Hopefully it will give someone so hope. We tried everything we could think of for 5.5 years and something finally worked!

Optimistic 2WW

Hello everyone. I hope everyone is doing well. It's been a while since I have posted an update, so I thought I would go ahead and do so now. Back in September I believe it was, I did my first month of clomid at 50mg. It was unsuccessful and my cycle day 21 progesterone test only came back a .7. My Dr increased my dosage to 100mg. First month on 100mg, my progesterone was 11.6. The second month it was a 12. Unfortunately, my doctor didn't do a progesterone test this last cycle.

I am very optimistic about this cycle. Things so far are looking extremely well. My chart looks good (especially if you take out the first dip and rise because I was very sick those days and they effected my temps, fertility friend isn't even taking them into effect). 2 days ago, I experienced what I am pretty sure was implantation bleeding at 6dpo. If not, then I am honestly going to be completely shocked because it seemed very likely to be implantation with the consistency of it, rather than anything else. Some of my tracking apps are giving me a lot of hope because every time I enter any information (CM, some symptoms, temps and more), they always are telling me they could be a sign of confirmation that I may have conceived. So, I am trying very hard not to get my hopes too high for being set up for disappointment, but so far everything seems to be great. Only time will tell, so we will see :) How is everybody else doing right now?

Sheila's update

So, it has been a very long time since I posted, so I figured I would update now that I have finally started some real treatment (of course last years being nothing but a joke). I still feel really foolish that I didn't start seeking better treatment much sooner. I feel like although I have technically been trying for approaching six years, it's nothing compared to what you ladies have been through. Don't get me wrong, I am not saying it's a competition or anything, I just feel guilty for everything you ladies have been through, and I haven't endured near as much and I am so sorry for all those hardtimes you have been through in this journey. I also am feeling kind of nervous about how late I started seeking treatment, wondering if I have alot more years ahead of me before I really meet my end goal: a precious baby in my arms. Then I am feeling a lot of guilt when being hopeful thinking "What if this treatment does work? That is so not fair to these other women who have endured so much more than me and are still struggling". Ladies, my heart is truly going out for you. You don't know it, but I really pray for you every day. Really, my heart is more for you to obtain your precious baby more so then me. I can't imagine the pain that your heart holds through all the failed treatments. I am so sorry. My first "real" treatment wasn't successful. The stress of going through everything was so much more overwhelming than I anticipated, and this is just a baby step compared to what you have been through. I am truly so sorry.

So, this was my first cycle taking provera to induce AF and first cycle taking clomid to attempt to make me ovulate. This was so much more overwhelming than I had anticipated. Of course those of you have been on provera, I am sure you know what the period is like....so yeah that was...."fun" but still I did anticipate that, so I knew it was coming and honestly although it isn't that pleasant, it wasnt that bad although my cramps were horrendous and had to be in the bathroom every 5 minutes. I took clomid on days 3-7, and got a little bit of mood swings but weren't as bad as I was expecting, so that was good. The more overwhelming parts were, charting (getting mixed signals with my cm, opks, and bbt on opposite days of each other were making me paranoid and drove me up the wall), we are also fighting the insurance company on coverage of my doctor's office visit. However, the MOST overwhelming part, was the doctor's office receptionist. She has NO CLUE what she is doing. Let me explain further.

Don't get me wrong, I think my doctor and especially his nurse are truly great. This receptionist however, has caused me  nothing but headaches. So my doctor sends me a card in the mail after my first inital visit and tells me my bloodwork labs came back normal, and to continue the provera and clomid as mentioned in his office and to schedule a 21 day cycle appointment. So the wording on the card makes me think I need to schedule an appointment. I call my doctor's office and the nurse answers and tells me that normally its just a blood test, but my doctor did have it in the system as an actual appointment, so she needed to check and make sure. I called back 6 hours later, and they still had no answer. So then, I call back the next day and tell the receptionist all of this, and she disregards what I say, cuts me off and says "You don't have to make appointments for 21 day tests, you just go to the lab and get your blood drawn". So whatever, for some stupid reason I decide to take her word for it. I go on CD 22 for my blood work (CD 21 was a Sunday). I first go up to the doctors office and ask if there is paper work I need to take down to the lab, she tells me no it should already be down there and if not to call and she would send it down ( Note: I did inform her that I was there for a day 21 progesterone test).
Then I proceed to go down to the lab and they tell me they have no paperwork, so I tell them what she said and she calls upstairs. So then they are talking forever, and based on the conversation I can tell they are struggling to find my information, and the lady at the lab desk tells the receptionist upstairs to fax it when she finds it. So I assumed they finally did find it, because they called be back for my lab draw. They take the blood draw and I ask when I can get my results- they tell me 24 hours. I call back two days later, only for the conversation to go as follows
Me: Hello, I was calling about my progesterone test results
Receptionist: Okay give me a few minutes to look that up
*wait several minutes*
Receptionist:Okay well we find your results but it looks like they did the prolactin, thyroid and blood pregnancy test
Me: I already had that done like a month ago...
Receptionist :One sec
*wait several minutes*
Receptionist :Okay well you were supposed to call us and make an appointment and then we would know which lab you were going to
Me: I called and tried to schedule an appointment and you told me I don't call anyone just to come get the labs done.
Receptionist: Oh, I am sorry about that. Let me connect you to the nurse

So then my nurse is SUPER ticked off about what happened, (but very nice and professional to me, she just felt bad about what they did to me) but after several phone calls between her and I that day, she cleared it up and found out she could still run my progesterone test with my previous sample.

A few days later I try to call and find out my results again. Conversation as follows
Me: Hello, I am calling about my progesterone results
Receptionist :(after getting my name and dob) Okay it says that it's .7 , It says your labs are normal. I don't know anything about the number but since your labs are normal that means you ovulated.
Me (confused after hearing the number .7 thinking that sounds incredibly low) Oh it was .7? And this means I ovulated?
Receptionist: Yes
Me: Okay thank you, bye.
(I got this card in the mail just yesterday, so later than these phone calls)

Then after thinking about it a while longer, I know this sounds low and theres no way this lady could be right so I decided to call back and demand to speak to the nurse to clear things up. The nurse then confirms what I already knew, that my progesterone is low, and moving forward we are uping my clomid dosage. So anyways, I was just incredibly annoyed that the receptionist first tells me I dont need an appointment, then sends the wrong paperwork down making me get the wrong blood work, then tells me its my fault for not making an appointment after she is the one who told me not to, then tells me the very wrong thing about my progesterone. If I wouldn't have known any better or called back, I would have just continued to think the medication worked even though it didn't. So yeah....that was annoying but could be worse so I am okay with it. So thats where I am at now. Af hasnt started yet, so will need to call and get more provera ordered along with the higher dosage of clomid, and that's where I am at as far as now. Sorry for the very long post. I truly hope all is doing well with everybody! Where is everybody else at on their journey? My thoughts and prayers are truly with each and every one of you :)

Shannon's Update

It's been awhile. Sorry for that. Life has been crazy and I haven't taken the opportunity to update the blog.

In April I had ovarian drilling surgery. I found out I was accepted to start nursing school this fall the day after my surgery.

In May I had a clomid cycle that worked!!! I even ovulated and believe I got pregnant but had a chemical pregnancy, where I lost it at 3-4 weeks. Hadn't gotten the + because I don't think my levels got high enough for that.

In June another failed clomid cycle. My right ovaries were trying to react this time but just couldn't get there.

July we started another cycle (today actually). I'm taking Clomid 100mg for 5 days (Tuesday-Saturday). On Wednesday and Friday I will be taking follistem shots (sp?) in replace of Bravelle and if everything works I will take Ovidrel to ovulate.

Yesterday my SIL also announced she was pregnant again.

My birthday is coming up on the 13th.

Nursing school starts on August 25th.

My summer in a nut shell. I may elaborate more in another post, I feel like I owe our readers that much. :)

Clomid + Bravelle + Ovidrel and IUI???

I know I haven't updated on the clomid cycles we did Aug-Oct 2013. Obviously they were unsuccessful, lol.

Now our treatment is 100mg Clomid days 5-9, 150 IU Bravelle injections day 6 & 8 (day 8 is today), and, if follicles respond... Ovidrel (date to be determined) followed by an IUI.

I have a sonogram Monday to see if the follicles are maturing... and then after that is still kinda in the air.

I'm really nervous. And excited. And scared. You name it.

I feel like everything is falling into place for this cycle but I worry that I'm going to jinx myself thinking that or thinking about anything baby related. I need to get out of my head!

Has anyone else done this before??

Today is the Day

So, today is the day I go see Dr. Luck.

I'm excited... and very nervous.

I am always worried that my condition will be worse or that I will get bad news. With infertility there is so much "bad" already that it is hard to think of any positives.

But, I did my research on my doctor and on the facility. They are closer to my last and I am still hoping that their pricing is reasonable (that wasn't included on the website).

I'm also excited that she might help me to get my period to STOP. I've been having bleeding (anything from spotting to light to medium) since June 26th and am SOO tired of having to always be prepared when I go to the bathroom. And I miss my husband, if you know what I mean ;)

I can already hear some of what the doctor will say: "your weight is too high" "if you lose weight your cycles should start to normalize" etc. I know I have a weight issue.

My high was in 2009 and I weighed in at 245. Earlier that year we had done 2 cycles of clomid. Then in the spring we moved into my FIL's house while we worked on our credit to get our own. In the summer I registered for a fall class at the local community college (only Yoga, as a way to get back into the swing of classes). That summer I also started to take some Japanese diet pills that my SIL had wonderful success with. The first month I lost 10 lbs. The second month I lost another 10 lbs. I was so excited! I continued to lose 10 lbs per month for the next 2 months. So in 4 months I had lost 40 lbs. And I stalled in the progress. We moved into our house in November with some issues. January I went to see my OBGYN and while there she prescribed a diet pill. Within the next couple months I lost another 25 lbs. I had gotten down to 180 and, as much as I wanted to be at 160, I was very happy. Kept it off for a year. Then had some really hard science classes with late night studying and lots of stress. BAM 30 lbs in 2 lbs back on. Once that dam broke it ALL came back. Now I am sitting at around 245/250.  (see more in my weight blog)

It's hard.

So, as excited as I am about the appointment, I am very nervous and any ridicule I will receive while there. I am hopeful that they understand the weight can be VERY hard to lose for PCOS peeps.

I will keep you all updated :o)

So impatient!

Recently dh and I have been talking about when to start fertility treatments again. Due to the fact that we have different insurance and that clomid is the evil drug that flips the crazy Jessica switch, we aren't ready to jump in head first again. We've decided in a year... But now that we've decided to wait a year and see if we can get things to happen naturally, I'm getting impatient. I'm being surrounded with pregnant women, impatient women that are complaining about it taking 4 months and still nothing. I've just ran out of patience. I want this NOW!! Im sure that everyone can relate.

So with my impatience I've been researching things to help things along without flipping the crazy switch!

I've looked at pregnitude- according to their website (http://www.pregnitude.com/content/what-is-pregnitude) is 2 grams of myo-inositol and 200 mg of folic acid that you take twice a day- something that I already do. So for 41.28 a month on amazon I've crossed that out.

Fertile aid - supped up multi vitamin with vitex. I'm already taking a multi vitamin and I'm taking vitex daily At 28.95 a month I've crossed that out.

Several others that I've researched have been crossed for the same reason. I guess I've made my own supplement and I just need to have some more patience and hope things happen soon! I hope things get better when it warms up and I can get outside and work on the fence and flower beds! It'll at least keep me from watching so much tv with all the hpt commercials and pregnant women everywhere!

Ovulating!

Thank GOODNESS! I started my third round of Clomid this cycle (100 mg cd 3-7) and today is cycle day 17 and I have the darkest, most positive opk I've EVER had...not to mention sore boobs and tons of abdominal cramping...all good signs I hope! We've been intimate every other day AND using pressed everytime so I'm really hoping, praying, and crossing my fingers that this will work. As exited as I am...I just know I'll be that mucho te devastated if I'm not. Bring on the anxiety!! If I'm not pregnant this time then I go back into the doctors office and discuss doing the hsg dye test. $$$$

Monday, October 8, 2012

Just checking in!

It's been a while since I've posted so I suppose it's time for an update! Well I took 50 mg of Clomid this cycle, days 3-7 and never got a positive opk. Booo. I'm on cd 25 and pretty much just waiting for af to arrive so we can hopefully start a higher dose of Clomid next cyle! Then if that doesn't work I have money saved up for an hsg test! So I guess I'll keep on keepin on! Meanwhile, I've been super busy with my photography! Check out this most recent cutie I had the pleasure of photographing!

Shannon Gets a Surprise and Plans Her Next Step

Yesterday was CD64.

Before I continue, did I tell you I did the parsley tea?? No? Ok... So I tried the tea. Got down one glass (with some sugar while holding my nose). Then didn't drink anymore. That was 2 weeks ago..

For the past week I had been complaining to Steph about my boobs being sore. Annoyingly sore. Since I don't get period warnings I was HOPING it would be a sign of pregnancy, regardless of the bloodwork results from CD 26. She insisted that maybe my period was about to start.

Who won??

Well... yesterday AF arrived.

As disappointed as I was, I was wanting it to come so I could move on.

Because my doctor hasn't called me back and I'm too busy/offended to call HER, I decided that this cycle I am going to try the GNC Fertility Blend for Women. I thought about buying the men's too, even though his numbers are AWESOME, but that is yet ANOTHER $40 for something I can't guarantee he would even take.
Daily Wellness Company® Fertility Blend™ for Women - DAILY WELLNESS - GNC
So, $40 for 1 month (90 pills = 3 pills per day) I will take these pills and plan on adding my vitamins back into my diet too... I've been so discouraged lately (for the past month) that I haven't even bothered with taking them either.

If I'm not pregnant with this cycle, I will call the doctor again and up my dosage of Clomid.

I also plan on tackling DH so we can sit down and discuss or fertility plan. This road looks like it is just getting harder and I want to have a plan set.

Shannon is on Cycle Day what?

So, I don't even know what CD I'm on.

Thank goodness I have an app on my phone for that... I am on CD52. I called my DR on CD 8/23 to inquire on if I need to come in to get Clomid 150mg or if she could just send it to the pharmacy... Nurse said she would call back and... Still no call :/

So I looked up natural remedies to induce AF (gross, I know). And the biggest one is Parsley tea. Now, I haven't gotten up the nerve to try it and then we are going on vacation to a lake this weekend and I didn't want to mess that up. But since we might not be swimming figured I better try it so I will after I finish this post. Supposed to drink 3-4 cups!

Now, I'm not using the tea bags... didn't even know they made them! But I have fresh parsley and parsley flakes from the spice section at the store.

I will have to let you know how that goes!!

Introducing Jessica!

Hi all! I’m Jessica I live in NE Kansas with my husband of almost 5 years! I'm a farm girl and love to go outside and play with my fur babies!  I am 24 years old, my husband is 25. Daniel was an MP in the Army for 7 years and just recently got out. I went to KU (rock chalk Jayhawk) to be a firefighter! I still volunteer at the local station.  Daniel and I have been TTC since 2009. In 2010 I was diagnosed with PCOS. We have went through several unsuccessful rounds with Clomid with metformin, estrogen and the dreaded trigger shot. I kinda expected to have issues. It took my mom 5 years to have me! Right now I am trying to go the natural route with vitamins. I hope that our long awaited miracle will happen soon! I look forward to getting to know all of you! feel free to ask questions, I'm pretty open!

Addicted

Af is due in 2 days and I've been a test-a-holic the past few days but getting BFN's. I keep telling myself that there's still hope but I know I'm kidding myself. We didn't take Clomid this month because we didn't plan on trying but around the time of ovulation I had a HORRIBLE cyst rupture on my right ovary and so my wonderful husband took the day off of work and drove me to the dr. They did a vaginal ultrasound and the dr told me that it appeared as though I was ovulating so we should get busy. Well we did and my hopes have been up ever since! We might have to take a break from Clomid next cycle too because of a possible job opportunity for dh. We don't want to mess up anything with insurance! We haven't decided for sure so I'll keep everyone updated! Xoxo

Introducing Molly!!!

Hey there! Well I'm a young one too, I'll be 23 in November. My husband is almost 25 and we have been married since May 2011 and trying since June 2011 so going on a year and a few months. We were one of the couples that decided to wait to have sex until marriage. He wasn't a virgin but I was and I don't regret it at all. I was a little naive thinking that we did everything right and that everything would fall into place the way that I had always dreamed. Boy was I wrong! Ha. I've always wanted to be a mother. I wasn't concerned about a career or partying or anything. I was born to be a mother, I just know it! :) I do have a college degree in Photography, because it's my second passion in life. That keeps me super busy on the weekends and I work with elderly in their homes during the weekdays. My husband and I are so in love and want nothing more than to have a child. I was diagnosed with PCOS in January this year. I'm currently on 1000 mg of metformin and had my first unsuccessful month of Clomid last month. My mom was on Clomid twice when she was younger and as a result, I have a twin sister and I also have an older brother and sister that are twins too. Yep, two sets of twins. My mother is an amazing woman and a huge part of why I want to be a mother so bad. I'm so excited to have somewhere to go where I can talk to people who understand me and where I can offer any help and support that may be needed. Such a tough road to have to follow, but I know it will all pay off for us in the end. Thanks for letting me be a part of such an inspirational team and I look forward to getting to know all of you! xoxo

Shannon's Update on CD30

(I'm doing a 7pm-7am shift at a client's house... so while they sleep I just have to stay awake!)

Today is CD30. Last Wednesday, CD24, I called my Dr to find out the result from the progesterone draw (CD19). She said I was in the follicular stage. :/

Kinda disappointing because my OPK test strips have been really dark most of this cycle (pictures to come later).

I asked if she wanted me to go do the draw on CD 26 for the pregnancy hormones or wait a week. They still had me go in.

I don't want to call them about the results yet. I know they have them but I don't want to hear it. This Friday I take the HPT that came in the OPK. Figured I'll see the negative then and then call the doctor to confirm.

Here we go on another round of clomid!

Thursday, August 9, 2012

Back to Day 18

So today is day 18 which means that tomorrow I go and get blood drawn to check my progesterone levels.

This cycle I have been doing the at home OPK (ovulation predictor kit) like last time. Here is a comparison from last cycle and this cycle (so far):
50mg Clomid Cycle

100mg Clomid Cycle

I did a second test on 8/8 in the afternoon just to see how results varied. Really wish I hadn't forgotten on 8/2 and 8/3 but I only like to use the first urine sample of the day. My temps are still all over the place.

Don't know what to expect about the blood draw for tomorrow and I hate that it will take me almost a week to find out the results!

Clomid Whiplash

So today is Day 18 in my cycle. And man, this dose of clomid is giving me a run for my money!

Today I have been SOOO sluggish. I slept almost 8 hours, even if I was a little sore from working out. Dragged myself out of bed with 3 hours before I had to get ready to go to my first house. I only had 2 today.

Timing at first house wasn't bad, about my average but I was moving slow. Not really because I was sore, but I was just NOT motivated to clean. ANYTHING.

Made a few stops and then heated up my TV dinner at the 2nd house. Ended up wasting time eating and just messing around on my phone. Finally started and my feet were literally DRAGGING across the carpet. Still got done in really good time considering when I actually started though.

I'm home now. Just ate the equivalent of 1/2 a cantelope... Going to finish the kids apron I was working on then get my Bootcamp DVD workout on!

This combined with my crying episode last Friday and my general snappiness this week has been trying. I can't wait til the hubby gets home and we can go to bed!

The only thing this picture is missing is my husband... Then it would be heaven!

And Another One Bites the Dust!

Today I was Facebook messaging a friend of mine from high school.

A few months ago she had mentioned that after 2 years of trying they still weren't pregnant. The earliest her doctor could get her in to start infertility diagnosis was July.

I remembered that today so I asked how everything went.

She informed me that they did bloodwork and then checked for cysts but she was clear. That before they start to take clomid they wanted to try GNC's Fertility blend for men and women. And after the first month... She is pregnant! Found out yesterday.

Now 2 things:
1) I'm very happy she is pregnant after trying and waiting so long.
2) I'm sad for myself and my DH. I wish it was easier for me to get pregnant.

I mentioned the fertility blend to the DH and said he could take it too which we gladly pointed out that all his swimmers are more than great and he doesn't need to take anything to help. Lovely. Let's point out even more that this is all my "fault" because MY body is the one not working properly.
So.

As much as I want to sit on the couch, veg out, play Sims or something... I think I'm going to get on the treadmill. Because, even though it is tough, being fat seems like something easier to fix than my infertility.

Have any of yal tried this or know somebody that did and was successful?

They Just Wouldn't Stop!!!

Last time I did clomid was spring 2009. I did 50mg and 100mg and then chose to stop because we were moving in with my FML and trying to get a house. Too much stress.

I recently took clomid 100mg and something happened that I can NEVER remember ever happening to me before!
August 3rd, I was in a great mood. Surprisingly because usually the Clomid Witch wants to appear. Husband snapped at something because he was having a bad day, and although he apologized a few times, my morning was ruined.

I got to my first house (I clean houses) and suddenly I couldn't stop crying. I was TRYING to stop because I cry all the time for movies, commercials, etc., but this was for NO REASON. And not just tears trickling down. At one point I was sitting on the edge of the tub just bawling. For no reason. It just wouldn't stop. My mom, who got pregnant with twins on clomid 100mg 16 years ago, told me it was a chemical cleansing and to just let it out.
Needless to say I did and I was SOOO glad the owner wasn't home that day!

What is the craziest thing that fertility meds have done to you??
